Low Nickel Concentration Electroless Nickel

Introducing TOP NICORON EC-LF, a high phos (11%) , low nickel (3.0 g/L) electroless nickel (EN). This EN was designed for parts with complex geometries or cavities where a large amount of drag out can occur. With a lower nickel concentration the makeup and the amount of waste nickel can be reduced. It is a long life bath, depending on the drag-in and other factors approximately 18 metal turn overs(M.T.O) can be achieved. It has a reduced deposit stress, even as the bath ages.
