High Corrosion Resistant Sealing Process for Anodized Aluminum

Anodized aluminum can give a very nice finish to a wide array of products in many industries. We believe that almost every industry could benefit from using our modified type II anodizing process. We use a nickel acetate type seal with a special top coat to give a beautiful finish that will last longer then traditional nickel acetate sealing in certain corrosive environments. Our process also reduces the amount of nickel that is released from the film to meet EU requirement EN 1811 without giving up the benefits of using a nickel seal.
